Operations and Maintenance
Our 24/7 Operations team provides Real Time analysis of Core, Transmission and Radio Access Network (RAN) elements to ensure agreed services level set out by our customers are achieved. Based on our customers strategic direction the team is driven to ensure key Operational KPI targets are met and operational faults found are resolved within strict SLA’s. The Performance monitoring element of our Core Back Office Team have extensive operational knowledge and expertise who work, develop and resolve issues on the RAN and Transmission elements allowing our customer to achieve the highest possible standards and driving continual improvements in their customers experience.
The Core Back Office team instructs our field team and SWC’s to implement software, hardware upgrades or fixes to ensure extensive coverage, high resilience, appropriate security and public safety functionality.
Our Preventive Maintenance teams both Back Office and Field Operations provide recommendations and solutions for sites, clusters and customers before they cause a service affecting outage or capacity concerns.
